On Wednesday 30 November, the research team for "Theater and Judgment in Early Modern England" will be presenting their project at the Geneva Doctoral Workshop (UNIGE).

What is judgment, why is it important, and what does it have to do with the theater of Shakespeare and his contemporaries?

Based at the University of Lausanne, “Theater and Judgment in Early Modern England” is a four-year, collaborative project funded by the Fonds National Suisse (FNS) which sets out to answer these, and other, questions. In this workshop at the University of Geneva, the research team -- comprised of Kevin Curran, Patrick Durdel, and Céline Magada -- will present the project through three frames of inquiry: “Dramaturgy,” “Text,” and “Ethics.”
